   Vectorworks Technical Model

   A full, dimensionally accurate 3D model of the set and rig — every truss, fixture, and sightline built to real-world spec.

   guesswork around sightlines, rig positions, and geometry — every dimension is proven in the model, not on the venue floor.

   Photoreal Render — Depence R4 & Twinmotion

   Photorealistic renders show the finished stage exactly as it will read on camera and in the room.

   "that's not what I pictured" — clients approve exactly what will be on air, before anyone commits to building it.

   Client Sign-off

   A formal approval against the rendered design locks the look, the scope, and the budget into one reference.

   costly late changes — this is the last point where change is still free. Every adjustment is made here, on paper, before load-in, crew, and hire costs start running.

   Pre-production Previz — Depence R4

   Lighting states, cues, and content are pre-visualised in real time against the approved design.

   long, expensive on-site programming — looks and cues are built and proven in the virtual space first, cutting the most costly hours on the schedule.

   Full Technical Plans for Suppliers

   Complete plots, plans, and Braceworks-calculated rigging drawings are issued to every supplier and department from a single technical package — truss loads, hoist loads, and distributed weights calculated, not estimated.

   inaccurate quotes, scope creep, and the wrong equipment on site — every supplier works from one accurate package.

   On-site Technical Direction

   We lead the technical delivery on the ground through load-in, rehearsal, and live broadcast.
